- 1 of 1 Toss flank steak with 4 tsp of fajita seasoning. Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet over high. Add steak and cook, stirring, 3 min. Remove to a plate. Add peppers and onion; cook 5 min. Whisk 1/4 to 1/3 cup water with 2 tbsp fajita seasoning; add to pan. Cook 3 to 5 min, until thickened. Add steak and heat through. Serve on tortillas with spicy guac on the side.
